to recommend that [Charles Buttle have his] pay raised again in
consequence of [his] good conduct.
Buttle
was one of the men I stopped all boundary pay from but Serjt.
Hutchens does not mention him as worthy to have any of it
restored, so I suppose he has had some trouble with him.
