The
Social Event of the Season!
On the Evening of 1st November 2003, The RE Living History Society was pleased to host a Ball with Victorian Entertainments in the Grand Tradition of 1863. The Doors opened at 7 o’clock p.m, and the Grand March commenced Promptly at 8 o’clock p.m. The Sumptuous Buffet, with Local and Exotic Delicacies, was provided by Miss Stacy Bestard, who was ablely assisted by Sapper Benney, and her manservant David. The 30 piece Ambleside Orchestra, Sugar On The Floor, and members of the Delta Pipe Band Performed to a capacity crowd! This Stellar occasion was held at St Mary the Virgin in Sapperton.
As of November 2004, our next ball has been indefinitely postponed. This could change, so please check with us periodically for updates.
